Maxxen Discusses Sustainable Profitability in Romania’s BESS Market
A roundtable organised by Maxxen Energy, TDP Partners and BESCA was covered by the Romanian press. Participants assessed long-term BESS profitability through revenue models, financing structures, payback periods and bankability. Ufuk Keser, Business Development Director for Eastern Europe and Türkiye at Maxxen Energy, argued that the discussion must move from battery cost toward long-term revenue structures, financing flexibility and investment returns. Maxxen’s manufacturing base in Türkiye was highlighted for shorter lead times and regional service.
